Traditional cakes can be made either using our exclusive
fruit cake recipe or in a light sponge flavoured with
brandy. Our unique sugar flowers are hand crafted
- for weddings we make sure that they will compliment
the bride and bridesmaid's bouquets with a colour scheme
that co-ordinates with the wedding theme.
